Hamilton QED II (Stainless)
Successor to a Hamilton classic
Description:
The Hamilton QED II is the successor to the classic QED model, which was Hamilton's first digital watch. The QED II features a smaller case but still has a dot style display, which is much sought after by collectors. The module used in this model is the same as that used in the Omega Constellation 1, a luxury digital wristwatch.
Condition:
Case: Very good.
The solid stainless case is in very good condition with just a few tiny scratches on the front bezel. Since the front bezel is polished to a mirror finish, it readilly shows every tiny imperfection.
Face / Hands: Excellent.
All LED digits and segments are complete and bright.
Crystal: Very good.
The crystal has some tiny chips along the edges as seen in the photo. The surface of the crystal has been repolished and is mostly scratch free, although the edges are not as sharp as they were when it was new. The Hamilton logo is complete and sharp.
Band / Bracelet: Good.
The stainless band is in very good condition with only minimal scratches, although the second link on the top of the watch has a slight ding on one edge.
Function / Accuracy: Excellent.
The module has been replaced with an Omega 1602 module. All functions work perfectly. Digital quartz accuracy.
