This Raketa watch was produced in the 1980s and features a Soyuz rocket on the dial.
The Raketa brand was born in 1961 when the Petrodvorets Watch Factory in Saint Petersburg, Russia named itself Raketa (meaning "rocket") to honor Yuri Gagarin's historic flight. Since that time, it has produced watches for the Soviet army, navy, and polar expeditions as well as for civilians. Raketa produces watches for Russia as well as for many Eastern block countries. Raketa is still producing watches today.

Case: Excellent.
The case is in excellent, almost mint condition with only a few slight marks that barely detract from its shiny chrome plated mirror surface.
Face / Hands: Excellent.
The face and hands are in absolutely perfect condition.
Crystal: Excellent.
The crystal is in mint condition with no visible scratches or marks of any kind.
Band / Bracelet: Very good.
The stainless steel bracelet is not original but is in excellent condition. It has a gold clasp to match the gold hands.
Function / Accuracy: Excellent.
This watch sets, winds and runs perfectly.
